RWA Residential Modification Permit Application
Any changes, alterations, or modifications to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the RWA Residential Modification Committee. A permit is required BEFORE any work is started. There is a $25.00, non-refundable, fee for the permit application. Permit applications are available at the office or online by clicking here. RWA Garage Sale Approval Application
Written approval for a Garage Sale must be obtained by the RWA. The duration of the sale can be no longer than (3) days. Garage Sale Approval Applications are available at the office or online by clicking here. Charlotte County Online Building Permit Applications
Charlotte County offers online building permit applications for the following:
- Air Conditioner (change out)
- Electrical (new installation)
- Lawn Sprinkler (new installation)
- Pool Heaters (new installation)
- Plumbing (new installation)
- Roof (shingle and shingle over shingle only)
- Water Heaters (replacements)
Limited to Permits having a value of less than $2,500 or $5,000 for A/C Change Out. Click here for the online building permit applications.

Yearly Assessment Credit Card Form
Rotonda West Association, Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover. There is a $5.00 service charge for processing each payment. A surcharge of $25.00 will be applied to fees returned "unpaid" or charged back by a financial institution.
