Pinemoor East Golf Course

I am concerned about the Pinemoor East Golf Course in Broadmoor not being opened. It closed last summer claiming they were “closed for renovations” and would be open in October. The sign is still up and they are still closed. This situation hurts my property values and prevents me from enjoying the lifestyle I had previously. I understand that there is an agreement (the Andes agreement) that states there must be an operating golf course in each section of Rotonda. I have suggested to the RWA that the matter be referred to their attorneys. Anyone have any thoughts?
