Call To Order

President Gizzi called the meeting to order at 1:00PM with the entire Board present.

The sole item on the agenda was the approval of the 2007 Assessment Letter.  Director Claudette Romano indicated two corrections: Third paragraph, remove double period R.W.A.I.(.) On last page, fourth and last paragraph, the Board needs to decide whether to use capital or lower case for e-mail address for RWA. The Board decided to use lower case - rwa@ewol.com. 

Ken Guillerm moved that the assessment letter dated January 15, 2007 be approved with corrections for distribution to the membership. Motion seconded by George Burger and approved unanimously.
