Minutes - March 7, 2007

Present: Ken Guillerm, John Forster, Derek Gilbert, Don Mahon, Dave Pulaski, Jim Tibert and Ken Hirsch

Absent: Wayne Mengel and Linda Harrison

Management:

Other Members/Visitors Present: Claudette and Joseph Romano, John Carroll, John Eisele and Wanda Pulaski

Chairman Guillerm, called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm. Roll call was taken. The minutes were approved as corrected.

West Ways:

Edited West Ways draft for errors

Claudette Romano asked that article asking for donations for White Marsh Memorial Park be included in West Ways

Work will continue on writing.

Website: Ken Hirsch explained "Website discussion Packet"

Item2 - Hold off on request until after Neighborhood Watch canvas - add picture to Neighborhood Watch plea for help in West Ways

Item 3 - revise second (2nd) sentence and post

Item 4 - will be posted on website as written

Item 5 - will post when more information is obtained

Item 6 - Categories will be added, submissions will be requested

Item 9 - Remove schedule from front page

Old Business: Joe Romano asked about software situation. Ken replied, "no response yet." Ken

asked President Gizzi to follow up with attorney.

New Business: John Forster asked if membership input guidelines are set in stone or are "at the whim" of the individual committees. General consensus was that guidelines are to be followed.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 4:05 pm

The next meeting date will be April 4, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.
