Minutes - April 4, 2007

Present: Ken Guillerm, John Forster, Derek Gilbert, Don Mahon, Dave Pulaski, Jim Tibert and Ken Hirsch

Absent: Wayne Mengel and Linda Harrison

Other Members/Visitors Present: Claudette and Joseph Romano, John Carroll, John Eisele and Wanda Pulaski

Chairman Guillerm, called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm. Roll call was taken. The minutes were approved as written.

West Ways:

West Ways goes to the printer by Friday. Delivery in two (2) weeks

Help needed to fold West Way. E-mails for volunteers will be sent out

Overview on next issue

RWA Budget & Financials will not be placed on the website

Review current issue

Remind bicyclists and walkers of proper rules when on the roadways

Add Deed Restriction reminders to West Ways

Look into the cost to add more pages to West Ways - printing and mailing

Need to keep on top of Christmas Decorating Committee (possible new chairperson)

Photo gallery to be added. Will request photos on website and in West Ways

Gather information from long-time residents to add to "History Link." (Hold off until later)

Claudette will send information on drainage to Ken Hirsch to post

Ken Hirsch showed Committee the updated website

Suggestions for the website were discussed

Old Business:

New Business: Need to provide "positive" information to the public about the "positive progress" being made by the volunteers. This could be done at the Annual Meeting.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 3:56 pm

The next meeting date will be May 2, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.
